I really liked this! I don't get why it got such a bad rating.
Everything seems to work fine, even the character at the bottom moves a bit!

This should not have gotten this bad of a score!

I think it's fairly well animated, I like the music, I like the way you didn't just work in a 2D space and the slashes and blurs are nicely done as well.
I personally wouldn't have made the lines in the background so straight and I think the fight could have been more interesting.

But all in all I think it's quite good.

It's really amazing, but you should scan instead of taking a picture, it will show your art without distortion (perspective, shadow, color, etc.)

You're not allowed to tag your work in progress or you'll be disqualified! It's really nicely done, though.
